Best 100 Watt amp for the price Review by namwob6570
Value Quality Features Just bought BA-115 #2, sadly #1 was sent to the grave by a heavily consumed patron at the bar I gig at on a weekly basis. Amp is lightweight (relatively speaking) and punchy, just sounds good all the time. I was tempted to go for the 200 BA115HP, but I already have a SVT3 and 610 cab for bigger gigs.
Ampeg just has that sound the likewise from GK and (wince & shuttere) dare-I-say Hartke just can't touch.

excellent combo amp Review by henry
Value Quality Features I've had the ampeg ba-115 for 9 years and it's still crankin' out some serious power out of it. It has 5 different tonal positions on it which is pretty sweet when you want to play different styles. I usually stick to positions 3 and 4. 4 has a pretty cool treble tone to it. It's a good amp for a practice space with a band. It might not cut it at big gigs, but you could use it for club gigs. Overall, it's definitely worth the mullah.
