Our shipping prices are based on dollars spent. Below you'll
find a chart that breaks shipping costs down for the Continental
US by the dollar. We ship all of our standard sized products
using UPS. You have a choice of Ground, Two Day, and Next Day.

We are unable to ship Cargo Boxes and some oversized/overweight
items to addresses outside the 48 contiguous United States,
including APO and FPO addresses. We ship these items
via freight carrier only. In order to ship these items,
the following information is required:
Please provide us with a deliverable street address
(no P.O. boxes) and a daytime phone number.

Requests made after Friday 5:00pm PT though Sunday will
not be processed until the beginning of the next business
week. ProAudioland.com does not ship merchandise on Saturdays
or Sundays. Shipping estimation represents the maximum
amount of time that it will take for merchandise to be
shipped from our warehouse.

Based on their size and/or weight, certain items bear
a Shipping Surcharge. Shipping Surcharges are shown on
product pages before you place an item in your Shopping
Bag and will be added into the total shipping costs for
your order.

Add $25.00 to Standard Shipping Costs. Orders placed before
5:00 p.m. PT for in-stock merchandise are processed the
following business day. Expect delivery on the next business
day after your order is processed.

Cargo Boxes
In addition to standard shipping fees, cargo boxes require
a flat-rate $45 shipping fee to commercial addresses and
a flat-rate $75 shipping fee to residential addresses
within the 48 contiguous United States. An initial charge
of $45, plus standard shipping fees, will appear on your
order.Ê A ProAudioLand.com Customer Service agent will
contact you to verify your shipping location prior to
shipping your order.Ê All final charges will be reflected
on the printed order invoice that comes with your order.

We offer standard item shipping to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Military Bases and Internationally. Additional
shipping charges may apply. A ProAudioLand.com Customer
Service agent will contact you regarding these charges
prior to shipping your order.

Inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery - BEFORE
THE TRUCK DRIVER LEAVES. The cardboard box may be
damaged, yet the product is acceptable. Refuse shipment
only if product is damaged. ProAudioLand.com shipping
charges are total, per item. Do not pay additional freight
charges to the carrier, before or after delivery.

Free freight offers will only be shipped via UPS ground.
If the product needs to expedited, the difference between
UPS ground and the expedited fee will be charged and you
will be notified of the difference before shipping The
ground shipping charge will appear on your on-line order.
However, prior to processing your credit card, the ground
shipping charge "offer" will be removed by our staff.
Credit card processing is conducted internally once your
order has been reviewed for accuracy. Free freight "offers"
do not apply to sale items, oversized items and cargo
boxes but do apply to our "Outlet" items (except cargo
boxes and oversized items) If product is returned, you
will be charged the original quoted outbound shipping
amount that shows up in our checkout window.
