PAL offers FREE Standard Shipping on most orders with no minimum purchase required including strings, picks, cables, straps and more.

Free Shipping Offer Exclusions and Limitations:

Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states & District of Columbia, excluding purchase orders and packages considered heavy or oversized by the applicable carrier.

Please note *Valid only on shipments to Lower 48 states. Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses limited to 70 lb. per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries. Very large and over-sized packages such as PA's and guitar cabinets, which are required to ship via freight may require additional shipping charges.

The checkout screen gives you various options (in most cases) for shipping your order. You may choose "One Day Service", "Two Day Service," "Three Day Service," or "Standard Service" for your order. The amount of time this refers to is from when your order actually ships from our warehouse. Internet Orders to our secure server must be received by 11 am Pacific Time in order to ship out that same day.

Although all items we ship are factory sealed in original boxes, uses recycled packing materials to repack smaller items in larger boxes to add further protection during transit.

Returns & Replacements

Extended Return/Exchange Policy - 45 Days Money Back Guarantee!

Everything we sell is brand new from the factory and backed by their manufacturer’s warranties.

DOA or Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please call us at 1(877) 671-2200. If, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange for a call tag to have it picked up at our expense. Once the item has been returned to us, an identical product will be sent as a replacement.

Unopened Merchandise: Unopened merchandise may be returned within 45 days for a full refund or credit less our initial shipping cost (This includes any free shipping promotion) An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies for All Returns below.) Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us.

Opened Merchandise: Opened merchandise may be returned within 45 days of receipt for credit less our initial shipping cost (This includes any free shipping promotion) and a 15% restocking fee IF the item appears used and not new condition. An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies for All Returns below.) Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us.

Please note: No returns are allowed on software, harmonicas, pickups, raw frame speakers, mouth-blown instruments, and some Special Order items.

Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If your item is lost in transit we will process a lost package claim with the carrier and replace your item.

Service for products after 45 days of receipt -- Please contact the manufacturer directly to locate authorized service centers.

Important Procedures for All Returns: Please call us at 1(877) 671-2200 to obtain an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number. This number must be written plainly on the outside of the shipping box. Returns must be in the possession of the returning carrier by 2 weeks from the date the RMA is issued.

Please return all items, including product, accessories, original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, power cords etc. in the original manufacturer’s box. Do not remove the Serial Number, UPC bar code or fill out the warranty card. Note: If wear or abuse is evident, or if any accessories are missing, or the Serial Numbers or UPC codes are removed, We will be unable to process your return.

Your return shipment must be insured and traceable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged product sent back to us.

Special Order Policy

We carry many more items than are shown on our Shopping Site. Items that do not appear in our Shopping Site but that we normally carry are not considered special orders. They will, however, need to be ordered by email, mail, or telephone.

Special orders ARE special, and we want you to be a satisfied customer. will special order almost any product that is carried by our manufacturers.

To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special order items are non-cancelable/non-returnable. Manufacturers vary in delivery time, so estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed.

Online Ordering Policies

      We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards.
      Credit card billing address must match the billing address of the customer placing the order.
      Orders must be shipped to a street address because an order cannot be shipped to a post office box.
      Shipping/handling costs will be automatically calculated for you and will be shown in your "Shopping Cart".
      California residents will be charged appropriate state/county sales tax.
