I finally got an American made strat - not because I play live, but because I want to own a piece of history. I do play, everyday and just about any style I can think of and this is the instrument that was center of it all back in the day. My dad had a 3 tone sunburst strat when I was really little and I think it got sold at a yard sale or something stupid - anyways I wanted to have a guitar just like that because it was my earliest memory of a guitar.
