It seems like the world is against us lefties (I don't want to admit that their just isn't as much demand for lefty instruments). There may not be a ton of variety for lefties, but this is an awesome bass. It's a little on the high end, in terms of economic guitars.. but it definitely gets the job done. If you throw in a couple Bartolini pickups as well you're golden. Won't have any need for another bass ever again. Fender products are very sturdy and built to last. (Posted on 3/22/2012)

Have owned one for 6-7 years. Still looks brand new, plays great, stays in tune, made with quality woods and has a finish that looks as good as the day it was purchased. Smooth, fast neck, a little heavy, but that's a bass. Of course I don't play it as much as my six string American Fender Strat but, when it's time to play a bass guitar, the jazz model is all I need to thump out driving rythum and bottom that is all the rage. A left handed guitar players dream. (Posted on 4/6/2011)
