Value Quality Features I was looking to step up from my Squier but didn't have the $$ for an American Standard so I got the regular Standard, Made in Mexico.
Such a quality instrument for $499! I really think that there is a misconception that you can't get a quality instrument made outside of the USA. I'm sure the USA ones are better, but this is just a fantastic value for the price.
I'm not a pro, but I wanted a real strat and now I have one and I like it. (Posted on 5/9/12)
