I just got off the phone with one of your very helpful staff and they pretty much cleared all of my concerns and more. Seriously, after talking to Drew (I think that was his name..), it made me realize just how much having a knowledgeable sales person is! I highly recommend this place. Its like, the attention to detail of a mom and pop store but with the quality and prices of the big brick stores!

I purchased a Line 6 Lowdown 4x10 bass cabinet and the guys at PAL worked their butts off to get it to me quickly, even though it was out of stock. I was probably not the most gracious customer they ever dealt with, but they were consumate professionals on the phone and on live chat. Oh, and it cannot go unmentioned that the price was 20% cheaper than any other retailer, online or brick and mortar, anywhere. I buy a lot of gear online, and PAL just leapfrogged to the top of my list as the first site I look at when checking out new gear.
