Description
Similar to Phase I, but with slightly harder attack and a modern, hi-fi tone with a smooth and broad response. Unique split-blade design delivers the punch of a single coil, without hum. Very pleasing, articulate mid-range with no harshness. Includes logo covers. Neck and bridge models available in both 5- and 6-string versions. Direct replacement for EMG 40 or 45. Often used together with STC-2 or -3 Tone Circuits for optimal tonal control (see page 60). Battery life is approximately 1,000 continuous hours per set. Includes mounting and wiring hardware.
