More Foam for More Absorption
In acoustical foam, quantity matters more than shape. This is because the softness of the foam provides no reflections on its own – it simply absorbs. So cutting the foam into pyramid or wedge shapes only reduces the amount of foam available to absorb sound. The UA-WPB’s solid foam base gives the maximum amount of sound absorption in the smallest possible space.
Maximum High Frequency Attenuation
The UA-WPB-24 catches more of the upper-mid to high frequencies to help focus the front-end of your space, preventing phasing, comb-filtering, and other interferences that can blur stereo imaging and lead to bad mix decisions. Controlled, Not Dead
