Universal Audio’s name is synonymous with heritage and quality. Founded in the 1950’s by Bill Putnam Sr., Universal Audio was a natural extension of his unparalleled success as a recording engineer, studio designer, and inventor. Putnam was a favorite engineer of Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald and many other music icons of the time. Now recognized as a worldwide leader in both DSP audio modeling and building true analog classics, Universal Audio is proud to offer a full range of audio production hardware and
